What is the Marketing Support Program?

The Marketing Support Program is designed for TaxWise® customers who offer bank products, Audit Shield® or FeeCollect™. The program is proven to attract new clients, increase profits and expand your business through print, radio, TV, and direct response tools.

Only TaxWise customers who offer bank products, Audit Shield or FeeCollect can participate in the program.

What kind of marketing support will I receive?

You will receive a Marketing Kit complete with professionally designed FREE marketing materials.

All locations that complete their ERO Bank Application to offer bank products receive the following:

  • IRAL/RAL Poster in English and Spanish
  • Audit Shield poster in English and Spanish
  • Independent Tax Preparer poster in English and Spanish
  • Audit Shield Table Tents and Q&A sheets
  • Radio Commercials (English/Spanish)
  • DVD containing a broadcast quality TV Commercial (English/Spanish)
  • Customizable Templates - All materials are customizable and available in English and Spanish
    • Direct Mail
    • Door Hangers

All locations that offer Audit Shield or FeeCollect and do not offer bank products receive the following:

What will I have to pay for?

You receive one Marketing Kit at no charge. Additional kits are available for purchase from your software consultant or account manager. If you run a television or radio commercial, you will have to pay the station for airtime. And if you run a print ad or use a commercial printer to print postcards or door hangers, you will have to pay for the ad space or printing.

How do I customize the radio and TV commercials?

The following steps outline how to customize the Radio Commercials to include your business' information:

  1. Decide what information you would like to include about your business in the Radio Commercial. (i.e. Business Name, Phone Number, or Slogan)
  2. Take the Radio CD along with the information mentioned in Step 1 to your local radio station.
  3. Follow your local radio station's procedure to place the commercial on air. This will include filling out the appropriate paperwork, deciding when you would like your commercial to air and paying for the spot to air.
  4. They will "tag-on" your business information to the radio commercial and air it at the time specified in Step 3.
