Why do I get "Automation Error -2146233078" after I put in
my e-Services password?
Receiving “Automation error -2146233078” is indicative of a problem within the
Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework that is installed on your computer. This
can be solved by uninstalling the .NET 2.0 Framework and then reinstalling
it.
Why do I get “Error- Invalid access to memory location” when
I try to submit Transcripts or a DA to the IRS?
This error is a result of the Norton AntiVirus auto protect feature blocking
TaxScripts® ability to communicate with the IRS. Please disable the auto
protect feature for the duration of time you plan to use TaxScripts® prior to
launching TaxScripts® to avoid this error.
